It utilises dual vision positioning and a four-axis robotic arm to achieve automatic and precise application of adhesive backing and labels, eliminating the need for manual alignment throughout the process. Offering stable efficiency and high precision, it is suitable for automatic labelling and adhesive backing application processes in the electronics, PCB and FPC industries.

Key features

Products can be loaded freely; the upper camera automatically detects the coordinates of the items to be labelled.

The lower camera identifies the position of the adhesive backing or label in real time and automatically corrects any misalignment.

A four-axis robotic arm automatically picks up and applies the labels.

Precise algorithmic positioning ensures an application accuracy of up to ±0.05 mm.

Safety light curtains and safety doors provide protection, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
